Terms of service
These terms govern your use of reflectecom.co.uk and any order you place with us. Reflect is a trading name of Reflect Retail Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 17420226, registered office 7 High Street, Kington, HR5 3AX, United Kingdom. Reflect Retail Ltd is not currently registered for VAT.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or receive an order acknowledgement. If we can't fulfil an order we'll tell you and refund you in full.
We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where we've made a pricing error, or where we can't obtain payment authorisation.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Reflect Retail Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We take payment when your order is dispatched.
If a price is obviously wrong we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our delivery page for current timeframes.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Our returns policy sets out how to exercise these.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Images and illustrations are representative; minor variation in colour and finish is normal. Devices sold here are consumer products, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
Liability
We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
