Delivery
The short version: standard UK delivery takes 10 to 18 days, and it's free on orders over £40. Here's the detail behind that.
Why it takes longer than Amazon
We don't hold stock in a UK warehouse. Your order is packed and dispatched by the maker and sent directly to you. That removes a whole layer of cost, which is why a light therapy mask here is £89 rather than £180 — but it does mean the parcel travels further before it reaches you.
We think that's a fair trade, and we'd rather you knew about it before you ordered than after.

Timeframes are working days from dispatch, and dispatch is usually within 48 hours of your order. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email once it's dispatched. Tracking can sit without updating for several days while the parcel is in transit between countries — this is normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong. If it hasn't moved in ten days, email us and we'll chase it.
Customs and duty
UK orders: nothing further to pay. Any import duty is settled before the parcel reaches you, and the price you paid at checkout is the price.
Orders outside the UK may attract import charges set by your own country. Those aren't ours to collect or control, and they're the recipient's responsibility.
Multiple items
Orders with several products sometimes arrive in separate parcels on different days, because they may come from different makers. You're not charged twice, and nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.
If it doesn't arrive
If your order hasn't reached you 25 days after dispatch, email hello@reflectecom.co.uk with your order number. We'll either resend it or refund you in full. You don't need to argue the case.
