Before you write
A few things save a round trip:
- Chasing an order? Include the order number. If it's been under 18 days since dispatch, it's very likely still in transit — see the delivery page.
- Something arrived damaged? Attach a photograph and we can resolve it in one reply rather than three.
- Returning something? Email first — our returns address isn't the one on your parcel.
Hours
We read email Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.
There's no phone line. We're a small operation and we'd rather answer you properly in writing than badly in a hurry.
